Located just a few kilometers away from the Bangalore Central Railway Station, the campus is stretched across a massive area of 89200 sq. m. An enormous playground with an area of around 4500 sq. m. is without a doubt, one of the biggest in the city. Bangalore is considered progressive and prosperous from the social, economic and cultural standpoint. The city is also home to some of the prominent R & D centers in fields ranging from engineering to aerospace. Transportation Facilities

Additionally, we are pleased to own & operate transport vehicle fleet of 13 buses that provides pick-up & drop service everyday for our students. Our transport service acts as an advantage in accommodating various activities like field trips & off-site visits linked to our class projects that ensure complete safety & convenient commutation for your child.

CAMPUS & THE BANGALORE CITY

At the HIPS campus in Bangalore, students are constantly introduced to new opportunities that inspire them to apply creatively into constructing thoughtful ideas, which will majorly contribute towards their mental development.

The campus is located in a way that the city becomes a part of it. Your child gets to interact with teachers and fellow students from distinctive backgrounds and absorb the diversity that the city has to offer. Our students get to periodically collaborate on creative projects that enrich their knowledge about the city best known as the country’s IT capital.

A VIRTUAL TOUR

At the HIPS campus, students get to unleash their energy and creativity not just within the classroom but also while participating in outdoor fitness activities. We have well-trained and highly experienced sports/ fitness trainers who closely analyse your child’s areas of interest and accordingly assign a sport that’s best suited for their physical development. The campus is well equipped with all amenities meant for indoor/outdoor sporting activities such as cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, carrom, chess, dance and much more. Apart from introducing students to sports and physical fitness activities, we also ensure they attend periodic exhibitions and interact with groundbreaking speakers, thereby dedicating their ‘out-of-class’ time towards making a positive impact. Each year, several events and workshops are held. These events/ workshops range from performances to readings, interviews and screenings, all of which connect our students’ ‘in-the-classroom’ knowledge with what’s happening around the world. The events held within the campus offer our students a chance to discover innovative ideas, make new connections and ask questions.

Classroom

A classroom is where your child will be spending most of his/her time in school. All our classrooms are well-designed and inspire holistic learning, creativity and independence.

Computer Lab

Our computer labs are equipped with modern computer systems and high-speed internet connectivity that makes Computer Science lectures more interesting and effective.

Smart Class

Moving away from the traditional teaching methodology, with ‘Smart Class’ we enable students to master smart learning with interactive sessions where each chapter comes to life has to be taken up.

NIIT Math Lab

Mathematics is tough, but not at HIPS. Our NIIT Math Lab makes mathematics playful and interesting. Math will soon be your child’s most favourite subject, that’s a guarantee.

Library

Our library has a huge repository of 7000+ books and is equipped with internet connectivity for overall learning and development.

Physics Lab

Well-equipped physics laboratory at HIPS offers a controlled environment to carry out every physics experiment covered in the syllabus.

Biology Lab

Here, biological studies, analysis and experiments are made simple and interesting.

Chemistry Lab

A fully equipped chemistry lab infrastructure to carry out simple and complex chemistry researches and experiments.

Auditorium

Extra-Curricular Activities

Be it inside or outside the classroom, our prime focus has always been towards the holistic development of our students.
Our Institution offers various programs such as:

As one of the prestigious schools in the city, our goal is to create a safe environment for our students. Even though Bangalore is one of the safest cities in the country, we constantly thrive towards providing additional security to our students so that they feel comfortable not just within the classroom but also while indulging in an outdoor activity.

We also have a ‘Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee’ onboard that periodically conducts awareness programs among students and staff members. The committee works towards building an environment free of gender-based discrimination and has created a mechanism that will deter acts of sexual harassment.

The HIPS family is inclusive of culture, language, gender, religious beliefs, age and ability, and therefore stand against any form of oppression and discrimination directed against individuals or groups.

Our very own Ramaiah Harsha Hospital, located close to the school campus, ensures best quality health care to all our students and staff members. Immediate care is provided to students feeling unwell. In case of an emergency, the team of medical experts at the hospital are qualified to attend our students within the facility. We take utmost care of our students and ensure that the parents are informed about their child’s illness, so that their physical presence further accelerates the recovery time.

We also have qualified counsellors who can interact with students in a supportive and a non-judgmental manner. Our counsellors offer mindfulness sessions that help students clarify issues and build problem-solving strategies. A counsellor can truly be your child’s trustworthy companion while he/she is within the school campus.

SMART BOARD

All our classrooms are equipped with hi-tech smart boards. These boards come with features that are known to drastically increase student-engagement. For instance, teachers can highlight or circle out an important point using a different colour, making it more prominent. Moreover, the zooming capability can be best used at the advantage of students sitting at the back. Most importantly, everything that the teacher writes on the board can be saved for later viewing.

TEKIE

In today's tech-driven work, it is important to educate our children on the need to learn programming and coding. This is why HIPS has teamed up with Tekie, a company dealing with integrated computer programmes reaching children programming languages in a fun and interactive way. The program is designed to help kids adapt and learn programming easier.
