Aadhar details:* In order to process your application, we will need a photograph of your child’s aadhar (PDF or JPG image). Please upload it here. The form can be submitted if the child does not have a aadhar but further ID will be required by the admissions team.

Additional ID: For children aged 5 or below who do not have a passport, it is essential to upload a photo of your child’s birth certificate (PDF or JPG image). This can be uploaded here.

Early registration is recommended as places are limited due to small class sizes. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Offers of places are subject to availability and the admission requirements of the School at the time offers are made. Now you don’t have to wait in long queues or excuse yourself from work to deposit school or college fees through a Cheque, Demand Draft, Challan or Cash. This can be also be done on your Mobile Phone or Laptop in the comfort of your own home or office in a matter of a few minutes!

You can also pay fee amounts safely using Paytm App, Paytm Net Banking (NB), Debit Card (DC), Credit Card (CC), Paytm Wallet or UPI.
  • Fill out the HIPS application form for registration.
  • Submit the HIPS application form with a copy of your child's birth certificate, five passport-sized photographs and a copy of the student’s previous report card.
  • Copy of the Caste and Income certificate has to be submitted (Not Compulsory).
  • For getting admission from class 2 onwards, Transfer certificate duly attested by the concerned authority of the previous attended school should be submitted.
  • One family photograph and 2 passport-sized photograph of parents.
  • The applications submitted would be shortlisted and candidates who are selected will be called for counselling and introduction of the school.
  • You are requested to pay a sum of Rs. 150/- in cash at the time of admission for the application form downloaded on the official website of Harsha International Public School. Application forms are also available in the school premises.
  • The ‘Short Listing’ process is carried out through counseling and introduction of the school for both, parents and students. A specific time frame will be allotted for this process.
  • We have a reasonable fee structure with installment facility.
  • If the parent does not wish to go ahead with the admission, the seat will be passed on to the next candidate on the list.
  • Parents can submit their requests for transportation facility to the office at the time of admission.
  • Based on the feasibility and viability determined by the total number of students, the bus facility will be announced before the commencement of the academic session.
  • For students of LKG to grade IX, an adult is expected to wait at the drop-off point to accompany the child home.
  • LKG – 9 am to 1.30 pm
  • UKG and Grade 1 to 10 – 9 am to 3.45 pm
